Image Submissions

Created By Human Project Photography Competition — Official Submission Terms

By submitting images to the Created By Human Project ("the Competition"), operated and owned by Jason Prezant Photography, LLC ("the Organizer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility. The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Jason Prezant Photography, LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Original Work. By submitting, you confirm that all images are your own original work, that you are the sole copyright owner, and that the images do not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. If your submission includes identifiable persons, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary model releases.

3. License Grant. You retain full ownership and copyright of your submitted images. By submitting, you grant Jason Prezant Photography, LLC and the Created By Human Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted images solely for promotional purposes related to the Created By Human Project, including but not limited to social media, the Created By Human Project website, future competition materials, and related marketing collateral.

4. No Compensation. No monetary compensation will be paid for the use of submitted images under the license described above, beyond any prize explicitly offered in connection with the Competition.

5. Image Standards. Submissions must not contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, defamatory content, or any material that violates applicable law. Additionally, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create, generate, or manipulate submitted images in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the current competition and from all future Created By Human Project competitions. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, AI-based generative fill tools such as those found in Adobe Photoshop or similar programs, as well as any AI image generation platforms. Basic non-AI editing — including exposure, contrast, color correction, cropping, and sharpening — is permitted. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.

6. Privacy. Personal information collected during submission will be used solely to administer the Competition and communicate with entrants. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jason Prezant Photography, LLC is registered.

8. Modifications. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
